The use of inkjet printers for your on-demand card printing can be a more cost effective option than using a standard desktop card printer. Card printers can cost thousands of dollars and the consumables are costly as well. With inkjet absorbent PVC cards you can use your inkjet printer and compatible card tray (sold separately) to print high resolution images, including QR codes and bar codes. These cards are made of the highest quality PVC and contain a special lamination that absorbs the ink from your printer. They’re cut from clean and bright white PVC that is the same material we use in our ISO-compliant custom printing and then laminated with the inkjet absorbent coating . These cards have an opened shelf life of approximately three years, but they will last far beyond that if left in the sealed packages. Our cards are packaged in shrink-wrapped bundles of 25-100 cards to ensure the cards are not contaminated by dust or dirt which can also damage your printer and affect the print quality. Tips: We suggest you leave the bundles sealed until you need to print on them. Also lightly wipe the top and bottom card of a stack with a lint-free cloth before loading into your card printer.
